Greetings,

Time has been set aside everyday this week for staff and students to spend a special time with God. Sara Maniscalco, week of prayer speaker, has been challenging us all to get to know and trust God by spending time with Him. She has talked about different storms in the Bible and the awesome power of God. One verse that spoke to me this week is from Joshua 1:9 which reads, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Let it be your prayer as well that through this busy, crazy time of the last few weeks of school, that our faculty and students don’t lose sight of God’s power, protection and love for each one of us. Wherever you may be, join us in lifting Amanda and Trent Larson, and Curtis and Karla Whitmore and their children up in prayer this week.
