Friday Morning Prayer Time
Every Friday morning, we have prayer time in the lobby of the Ad Building at 8:00 a.m. If you are on campus, we would love to have you join us. If not, please pray for us wherever you are. This week we are praying for the Spring Week of Prayer and Fred & Paula Riffel.

UCA Track & Field Day
This next Monday, May 13, is our track and field day. Monday morning will be a home-leave schedule, followed by events up on the field starting at 1:15 p.m. Lunch and supper will be served on the field, as well.

Music Faculty Vespers
On June 1, 2019, the UCA Music Faculty will present a vespers program featuring Curtis Anderson, Dean Kravig, Denika Kleinman, Tifanny Wang, Doug Brant, and Debra Bakland. This will be held in the UCA Church at 7:00 p.m. Come and worship together with our amazing music faculty. All are welcome!

Textbook and Library Book Return Notice
Please see the attached flyer for due dates.  Parents, please encourage your student to wait until the librarian has verified that they have returned all of their books.  It is possible that they will return a textbook, thinking it is theirs, but the bar code shows that it is checked out to someone else.  That will help their friend, but they will still be responsible for their own book.

College Prep Tip from Walla Walla University
Get involved. Look for opportunities at school to run for a class office, student association, or apply for a leadership position. This will help you build your leadership skills, practice and explore your interests outside the classroom, and potentially even earn scholarship money. Students can receive scholarships from WWU for serving as a leader their junior or senior year of high school. Plus, getting involved in high school makes it easier to get involved in college, which can help you get a job or enroll in graduate school. Learn more at sfs.wallawalla.edu/leadership.
