Dear UCA Family,

Friday Morning Prayer 
Every Friday morning at 8 a.m., in the lobby of the Ad Building, we gather together to pray for specific people and events. This week we are praying for Judy and Vincent Castrejon and Junior Internship. We also remember the parents and families of our students. If you are on campus, we would love to have you join us. If not, please pray with us where you are. This will be our prayer focus this coming week as well.

Sabbath and Sunday Activities
Sabbath afternoon, a hike is planned. Meet at the flagpole at 2:00 p.m. to load the bus. UCA basketball teams will be playing Saturday night. Game starts at 6:15 p.m. in the Gym. Sunday School is on February 9. The link to the schedule for Sunday School will be posted under documents.

Home Leave Schedule 
Classes are complete at 12:30 p.m. on February 12. Buses load at 12:35 p.m. at the flagpole. Below, you will find a link for the Home Leave Bus Schedule. The dorms reopen Sunday, February 16 at 5:00 p.m.

Junior Class Job Shadow February 17-21, 2020
As part of their educational curriculum, our Junior class is required to complete a job shadow experience; exploring a career of their choosing. Students started preparing in the fall with career testing, learning how to write a cover letter and resume as well as practice interviews with our staff. The program will conclude with the Juniors sharing their shadow experience amongst their peers and doing a final summary paper in their English class. It is our prayer that this experience will help them clarify their decisions as they look ahead to college and other training programs. ASB Spirit Week 
Spirit Week is coming up soon. This is a time for classes and staff to join together and participate in the dress event of the day. Monday is monochrome day. Tuesday is twin or dynamic duo day. Wednesday is crazy hair day. Thursday is decade day. Friday is high school stereotypes day.
