Dear UCA Family,
We look forward to welcoming you to our campus on Friday for Family Weekend. We have so much for which to be thankful, and we pray that you and your students enjoy a blessed break together during this Thanksgiving holiday! Please note the following changes to the weekend schedule–these things have been changed since the last communication, so take note: For those not attending the FoundationONE Awards Banquet, supper will be served in the Girls’ Dorm Chapel (instead of the Assembly Hall); The WWU Financial Aid Workshop will begin at 5:45 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m.; Sundown Meditation will be in the UCA Church at 4 p.m. on Sabbath evening.
ASB Outreach Project
ASB has selected our UCA outreach project for this year. We are sending out care packages for our 22 UCA Alumni who are currently Student Missionaries. During the parent-teacher conferences, ASB will have a booth where you can pick up a list of recommended items for your student to bring back after Thanksgiving Break. Feel free to add other items for the 22 boxes. If you prefer to give monetary donations to support items purchased and shipping, that would be great too! Contact for questions: jessica.ing@ucaa.org.
ASB Christmas Tree Lighting
This year’s ASB Christmas Tree Lighting will happen on Tuesday, November 27. It will be held in the Cafeteria at 6:15 p.m.
