SCHOOL PICTURES
Tomorrow is Picture Day!  Dorian’s photographers will be in the Power House from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  This is THE day to get your ID card.  You do not have to purchase pictures to get it.  If you would like to purchase pictures, send the Dorian envelope back to UCA with payment to Dorian Studios.  We have more envelopes in the office if you need more.  You can also order online if that is more convenient.

WWU FALL CLASSIC
UCA’s Soccer and Volleyball teams leave for Walla Walla University this Thursday, October 6, at 7:30 a.m., to represent our school at Fall Classic.   They will return on Sunday at around noon.  Please check the WW University website for schedules and results.

WEEK OF PRAYER
Week of Prayer begins next Monday, October 10, and continues through Sabbath morning worship, October 15.  Our speaker is Stephen Farr, Associate Pastor at the Pasco Riverview Church.  We will be using the Week of Prayer schedule, which is attached.  Please remember us in your prayers, so that the Holy Spirit will fill our campus and draw our students and staff closer to Jesus.

HOPE DAY
Thursday, October 13 is HOPE Taskforce Day.  Our whole school, including staff, will go out into the community of Spangle and other surrounding areas to serve and help people in many different ways.  Each student has signed up for the project of their choice and will be working for four hours during the morning or the afternoon period.  The hours will be from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m.  Village parents, please help your student be on time when their project is scheduled to leave campus.  You are welcome to pick them up after they are done, if their project is in town. There will be no work or classes that day.

SPORTS
Our next game is Varsity Volleyball vs St. George’s, October 13, at 4:30 p.m.  Please see varsity and intramural schedules attached.
