This Week@UCA September 10-16, 2020
Dear UCA Family,
Departure day for the seniors has arrived. The senior class loaded the buses this morning and headed off for the annual Senior Survival Week. A group of juniors will be leaving tomorrow for a backpacking trip. They are anticipating the adventure. Every Friday morning at 8:0 am, in the lobby of the Ad Building, we pray for specific people and events. This week we are praying for Donivan and Wendi Andregg and Grandparents. If you are on campus, we would love to have you join us. If not, please pray with us where you are. This will be our prayer focus for the coming week as well.
Weekend Activities
Friday night vespers, Sabbath School, and Church will continue being held outdoors. We have been blessed with beautiful weather. Sabbath afternoon, meet at the flagpole at 2:00 pm if you would like to join in on a hike. Saturday night, there are several activities planned; open gym, movies in the girls’ dorm or games in the boys’ dorm. Sunday is HOPE Taskforce Day. Students are required to attend.
Home Leave
Classes finish at 12:30 pm on Wednesday for September Home Leave. Dorms re-open at 5 pm on Sunday, September 20.
